HOW TO

ADOPT A RABBIT

STEP 1
All potential adopters must be 18 or older and have a valid photo ID.

Read through small animal adoption profiles to see if any seem like a good fit for your household and lifestyle.

View rabbits available for adoption.

STEP 2
Come to Lollypop Farm during our open adoption hours and meet with an adoption counselor who will help you meet rabbits you’re interested in and answer any questions you may have about adding a new friend to your life.
STEP 3
If you are ready to adopt, you would pay the adoption fee and in most cases, bring your new friend home that very day!

What’s included in RABBIT adoptions

  • A physical examination by our veterinary staff

  • A microchip implant and registration

  • A follow-up health exam with a participating veterinarian

  • Post-adoption behavior and training advice
