Lollypop Farm Welcomes New Board Member Richard Allen


Fairport, N.Y. (October 22, 2024) – Lollypop Farm has appointed Richard “Rick” Allen to its board of directors.

Rick is currently the Director of Institute Operations at the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship. He has an extensive background with the New York State Police, including serving as Deputy Superintendent – Field Command, overseeing operations of the Uniform Force, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the New York State Intelligence Center, the Office of Counter Terrorism, and associated special details.
