As an organization of animal lovers, we offer our most sincere condolences as you prepare to say goodbye to your beloved family member. In order for us to best help you during this difficult time, we'd like to get some more information about your pet and the services you need. Euthanasia – $75 (includes a communal cremation at no charge)

Check this box if you would prefer to receive your pet’s remains back without cremation services.

Communal Cremation – Your pet will be cremated with other pets in the chamber, and your pet’s ashes will be spread over Grace Field, our memorial meadow on the hill across from the upper pasture on the Lollypop Farm campus. – $30 (if your pet has already passed)

Private Cremation – Your pet will be cremated privately in the chamber, and his or her cremated remains will be carefully packaged and returned to you. (+ $75 w/ euthanasia request) Pets 0 lbs. - 5 lbs.: $100 Pets 6 lbs. - 25 lbs.: $125 Pets 26 lbs. - 70 lbs.: $175 Pets 71 lbs. and up: $250

Columbarium Burial – Have your pet’s cremated remains interred in our columbarium located in the Lollypop Farm Memorial Garden and Lengeman Memorial Pet Cemetery where you are welcome to visit at any time. If you are interested in the Columbarium option, our Pet Loss Support Services Manager will contact you with more information.
