On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, Lollypop Farm’s Humane Law Enforcement investigators executed a warrant at a property in Chili following reports of possible neglect and animal cruelty. Based on conditions observed during the investigation, authorities determined that it was necessary to remove the animals from the property to protect their health and well-being.
A total of 72 cats and two dogs were humanely removed from the home and transported to Lollypop Farm, where they are receiving comprehensive veterinary evaluations and ongoing care.
